Sofia Galati's journey with Pilates began at the age of 15 when she started attending Reformer Pilates classes in her local area. Recognizing her passion for the practice, she decided to pursue her dream of opening her own business in the field. To achieve this goal, she completed the STOTT PILATES Matwork and Reformer Courses at Equilibrium Pilates Studio in Bloomfield Hills. 

Sofia is dedicated to health, wellness, and maintaining an active lifestyle. She is committed to helping others experience the joy of Pilates and is grateful to have the opportunity to establish her own business at the age of 20. Sofia looks forward to seeing her clients thrive, both in their physical well-being and overall happiness.
